They are very nice. They fixed my lawnmower.
Total hag! Went in to just get a price for tractor rental. After waiting 10 minutes and never being spoke to or looked at, a lady walks in with lunch and hateful additude, glaring at me. Then answers the phone at the counter and takes the phone in the back. I left with never being spoke to, all I needed was a simple question answered. Maybe me being a disabled veteran was the issue?. I dont reccomend this place to anyone!
They have nice lawn maintenance equipment and a bunch of farm equipment.Harold and his wife both know their business .
Switched my large horse feed order to this store. Made the first order about 2 weeks ago and everything was accurate. Went today to pick up new order and they didn’t have the order right and it wasn’t even in stock yet and wouldn’t be in til tomorrow. Claimed I ordered some feed that I never even heard of and was calling me a liar. Told him I would pay for the feed I did order but not the 80 bags that I don’t even know what it is. He was really rude and using fowl language saying He couldn’t sell that and that I would make him go bankrupt. Again calling me a liar but yet he was supposed to have the feed ordered by last week but he claimed he hadn’t even ordered til yesterday. But yet it was supposed to be ready by Wednesday of last week and was supposed to call me when it arrived but didn’t. When we didn’t receive a call we went into the store to check on order progress. Needless to say when I told him I wouldn’t pay for the 80 bags that I didn’t order he cursed me and threw a bag of metal at us as we were walking out the store. You don’t treat your customers this way, especially women who would be spending $20,000 a year on feed. Don’t use this store, bad reviews online should’ve told me from the beginning.
When trying to pickup my mower for the third time and it wasn’t complete. I asked why they couldn’t have called and properly had the employee cuss me out and throw my credit card at my head and straight out the door. Then threaten to call the cops because he lost his copy of my credit card receipt. He also drove a mower out trying to trash it thinking it was mine, when it was actually another customers. So I called the cops instead and then they found the receipt I supposedly stole, right where the employee threw it. I contacted the owners, but they don’t seem to care.
