Called and was told they would be able to look at our boat that day, we dropped our boat off to be fixed and did not hear anything from them for days. The staff was so rude when we called after a few days to check the progress of the boat.nWent to pick our boat up to take elsewhere and our keys and business card (for call back info) were sitting in the EXACT SAME PLACE we left them when dropping the boat off. No apologies or anything. Not impressed at all.nwould have given them zero stars but google wouldn't let me.

Blake and all the crew at Lacey's take very good care of me, whether I am in Cabot at their showroom or at Lacey's Narrows Marina in Greers Ferry. The service is impeccable, I highly recommend them.
