Shamia J. from the Lake Village Store was amazing. She was kind, patient, and when she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she called on a team member to help. I love that. I am from Greenville where when you ask a question, it’s I don’t know. They don’t even try to find out the answer or anything. Her patience alone is hard to find. I look forward to switching my business to AT&T in Lake Village from now on all because of Shamia
