We have been in this ER 3 times in the past 4 yrs (we’re old folks, stuff happens). We have been treated promptly and thoroughly cared for. We so appreciate the doctors and nurses who have cared for us!

The worst hospital I’ve ever been to!! Never been so humiliated and not even diagnosis or treated for anything just told there was nothing they could do... left in absolute pain and had to seek another hospital for a proper examinationnReally think this hospital needs to be closed down!!

Most of the nursing staff here at this Hospital is Good. I can not say the same for some of the doctors, was there a few months ago and was treated badly by a doctor. I will not say any names but this doctor knows what he did was wrong... I would not go to this ER if there was another one closer to us..

My wife and I have used this facility several times over the past two or three years. The service is outstandingly efficient. The nurses are attentive and caring, and the doctors are understanding and very skilled. The lab and radiology departments are among the best.; I only regret they don't have an MRI Unit. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Mercy Berryville is superb in every way.

Took my daughter here multiple times. They misdiagnosed her with the flu, three different times, and then talked to me like I was an idiot when I demanded they do another kind of test to test for all types of the flu so we could rule it out. They did the test, and she didn't have any kind of the flu. They used a needle that was much too big to do a blood test, as I found out when we were brought to rogers pediatric via ambulance ride and they had to do the same test. All the while, they were incredibly rude and treated us terribly for questioning them. I decided to give them another chance when I got a staph infection under my arm. I went into the emergency room, said I have staph I need treatment, and still the doctor apparently gave me meds for something different and I received a call from the labs 5 days later telling me I needed to stop taking the meds I was on because I indeed had staph and needed antibiotics asap. At this point, the staph had spread to 6 different areas, where the bandage was taped over the infected area. You may die if you go here, drive to Bentonville or rogers.
