High end 1911 manufacturer. The company makes good stuff however has gone from custom to more production stuff over the years. The customer service is generally a hit or miss. The armor-tuff finish is decent but does wear a lot compared to other 1911 manufacturers. They have made some good innovation in the last few years however I do feel they are juggling too many products at the same time. Nighthawk is the way to go for custom 1911

I have a Springfield trp 10mm long slide . It has the GI guide rod. I have had a hell of a time reassembling the pistol after cleaning . The guide rod would push the barrel link up and shoot across the room. Wilson Combat sent me a 20lb flat wire spring and guide rod. Fixed the problem no more guide rod adventures. Thanks WCST.
