I had a problem with repairs on my Kubota BX22 they worked on the hydraulics system. After having problems with my Kubota. Matt, the manager, said he would take care of it. UPDATE. Tried using my tractors hydraulics yesterday and it's down again. Thought they fixed it correctly but NO. The manager at Berryville Kubota said the drift was adjusted incorrectly. This caused my road grader attachment to free fall at the top of the lift cycle even with the control lever back, slamming violently to the ground. This in my oppion caused a pin to break in the control lever causing the hydraulics not to work. I bought my tractor from Berryville Kubota but Matt refuses to repair my tractor without paying an aditional $600.nUpdate. I spent nearly $1500 having my hydraulics repaired at Berryville Kubota. The first time I tried to use the tractor the hydraulics failed. They refused to repair it. I would take away the 1 star I gave them but the software won't allow lower than one. See the attached photos of their shabby work. I have paid them nearly $2000 in all to repair my tractor and I still can't use it. They want another $600 now. Don't take your Kubota to the Berryville Kubota Center.nUPDATE After contacting Kabotausa and being referred right back to Berryville Kubota I have concluded Kubota tractors are designed to be disposible tractors. My neighbor has a 1961 Ford tractor that is still in service today, yet my 2002 Kubota is not. Even after more than $2000 in hydraulic repair at Berryville Kubota center my tractot still doesen't work and Berryville Kubota won't warrant their work.nConsidering the tractor you buy will be assembled by the dealer you buy from I wouldn't take the chance of buying from them again.
