I’m over 50, I’ve lived in a lot of places, I’ve owned businesses and sold them. I’ve worked with probably 10 banks in my life and a few credit unions as well. I’ve never had such a great relationship with a bank as I’ve had with this one. My personal bankers name is Cassie Bowers and she’s a real gem, always friendly always helpful. I have had my college aged daughter open an account here as well there very helpful with me getting money into her account when life happens to a college kid, and she needs money now from dear old dad. The drive thru seems to really hustle people thru too, I like that cause waiting in line is one of my least favorite things too do.

The lady who helped me was excellent and most helpful. I forgot her name but this was on Feb, 11 at around 11am. I wanted to close my account per my bad experience with arvest located at gretna rd, Brandon, mo. Not only closed my account, but she paid my wives credit card bal with the money in savings. She promptly found my wives card only with the last 4 digits of the card and my drivers license. Something the teller at grenta rd couldn't accomplish with my arvest card and my wives arvest card. She paid the card balance and closed my account quickly and professionally. It took less than 10 mins while at grenta rd it would take 40 mins each time I'd make a payment. This lady at arvest on hwy 62 by home depot demonstrated excellent customer service and did it quick too. Very happy with the service here and is the reason if I reopen my arvest account later down the line. 5 stars because this teller was beyond awesome!

They advertise they are open until 4 on Saturday we got there at 230 and they were closed.
