Great place great people fast and efficient
Submitted application on line. It asked me full or part-time also what shift. I answered full time, day shift. Next I got a call they asked me basic questions and if I was still interested in the job. I said yes. They gave me an appointment for an orientation and tour. After I got there I was informed this was for the 2nd shift as they were not hiring for day shift. I took a whole day off work to be there but I did the tour anyways. I was already there and curious. I left feeling frustrated, mislead and not to mention I lost a whole day of wages. In my opinion when the lady asked me over the phone if I was still interested in the job, she also should of mentioned that it was for 2nd shift only. It would of have saved both Tyson's and myself the wasted time. Also from a business stand point if they were to reveal this over the phone before the actual in person meeting they would have a more successful number of potential hireries. I know this because my girlfriend who I carpooled to the orientation with that day walked out didn't even go on the tour because she absolutely could not of worked that shift. This would be called professionalism
