Can't even talk to a person on the phone to see if I still have insurance. A robot tells me my name and details about when I signed up and that's it. I need to know if I still have insurance or not, I've been trying for MONTHS.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is a horrible insurance provider. Called in March to ask for a delay in payments due to covid. They gave us a 60 day extension which was awesome. We were 3 days late on making the payment which ended up getting my wife and our little son's policy cancelled. We went through washington exhange and on their end it showed our molina account was still active but on Molina's end it showed cancelled, so we were not even able to try and find another insurance. My wife called Molina last week to see if there was anything we could do to get the insurance back. The person she talked to told her we would have to pay $2,561 within the next two weeks to get the insurance reinstated. We called them this week (a week later) to pay the $2,561 and they told my wife that it was now $3,000 to reinstate the insurance. Avoid this insurance provider at all costs!

Complete trash. I cancled my insurance before it even started. i payed $120 but got insurance through my work i cancelled the molina i just want my money back for serveses i never received..Got hung up on after being on hold for half hour & gave the lady all my information. So i was like ok. & go to the actual office off 192nd & it was a ghost town there was one lady there that sugusted i call the number that hung up on me or go to the office in Seattle. Save yourself the time & money do not choose this insurance company.

I called and didn’t hold long at all till Diane answered the phone. I had called to reorder insurance cards, from both Molina and Apple. Diane was SO nice, professional, and patient while I dug through papers to get correct information. She made it all so easy! When we were through she not only gave me the phone# for Apple but also transferred me right to them! Great Customer Service from Diane!!

WORST service ever. Yesterday my husband called Molina regarding me, himself and our child. The woman that was “helping” was EXTREAMLY rude. My husband explained that he wanted to switch clinics for me, him and our daughter. She told him that she would be able to do it ONLY for him and our daughter. When he asked why not for me, she flat out said “She’s an adult she can call back later and do it herself” we both were shocked to hear that. We’ve never heard that before, and he always deals with our insurances and it’s NEVER been a problem. We didn’t see why he couldn’t call for me as well, two separate phone calls would have been just a hassle as I have a young child that I care for. He continued to tell her that I was sitting right next to him, and she was hesitant to still switch for me, but agreed. Once he finished up for himself and our daughter she “needed” to talk to me to switch clinics. We were and are VERY unhappy with the horrible service we got yesterday over the phone
