I find that everyone at Rockwood Medical Office are fantastic, from the providers to Lab and Phatmacy. Checkin is always very friendly . Love this Clinic and have always had great Service

Most staff are nice and helpful. Some need a deeper background check in ethics.

I really enjoy this facility. I'm newer to Kaiser so I don't know where everything is. But the facility is always clean and there's a lot of staff members who can help. Check in is super easy, both on the app and in person.nnThe lab is not crazy busy and pharmacy is usually very quick with filling orders. My doctor is absolutely amazing. I trust in her competence and she really takes the time to listen and gives great medical advice. My doctor is very compassionate and I can tell she cares about me, my health and wellbeing. You will be taken care of here!nnI've never had an issue with parking and it's very convenient to get to this location. Another note: I love the cafe place inside of this Kaiser Medical Plaza. They are always very pleasant and fast.

I’ve had Kaiser for around 15 years, now as much as they can be very nice, It was almost like doing phone tag to see something as basic as a therapist. I’ve been trying for over a year to get a new therapist and they never call me back
