Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Stood in a long line that went out of the building to pay off a mortgage, had a letter with the pay off amount with me since I had a deadline. Teller, who was training someone, said it was the wrong amount and refused to take the payment. Refused... who refuses a payment, much less a large payoff payment. I left and phoned the 800# and they took the payment over the phone for the amount on the letter. Another time I was told to make an appointment to clear a credit card issue. The branch person said it was taken care of and would take 10 days to resolve... it did not resolve until I made multiple calls to Bank of America over several months.. Don't waste your time with this branch.

How about 1 teller working, 2 tellers standing around doing not much, and a security guard playing pocket pool while taking the time of the only remaining potential teller? BofA closed the southside branch, reduced open hours, and, as the largest bank in the U.S., says they can't staff up to demand. I've seen better teets on a bull!!! How this corporation still functions is truly one of the miracles of modern finance.

Can't get a car loan with bank of America doesn't matter weather you have good credit or not. They say they don't go by credit. They check people credit so they can tell their customers no even if their credit is great. I'm done doing business they just lost a customer It's not worth buying a cars no more they have made IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A CAR LOAN VERY UNHAPPY.

I arrived on a Saturday morning. I appreciate the weekend hours. There were two tellers when I walked in with no one ahead of me in line. One teller was waiting on a customer. And the other was talking to the assistant manager. Either of the pair greeted me to say they’d be with me in a moment nor interpreted their conversation to wait on me. After about 2 minutes, their conversation ended and the Teller provided excellent service. The issue was after going through the transaction, the bank was out of supplies to finish it. The Teller requested help from the Assistant Manager who said she knew the supplies were on order and didn’t think they had come in. Umm, don’t you think that is information you’d share with your Tellers at the start of the business day in case a customer came in asking for that service requiring that supply? There was no apology from the Assistant Manager for the inconvenience and no suggestion on another branch nearby to try. After this experience I did not recommend to a friend to open his own account with this bank. And I recommend you go elsewhere.

Went here today and was very happy with my customer service! Even the security guard was very nice he brought all of us waters due to us having to wait in line because of COVID19. All employees were polite and friendly!
