U.S. Bank Branch

I’ve been looking for a local bank and this will not be it. I went to verify funds for two cashiers checks. I spoke with Margaret and she was so incredibly rude I was taken back for a minute. As someone whom is very non confrontational, I was nearly brought to tears. I went with Nusenda and my experience there was as it should have been- friendly and customer service oriented.

My husband and I were cashing a check through the drive up. The bank teller had a very rude tone WHAT ARE WE DOING FOR YOU SIR? He says just cashing it today, we then wait and wait each car gets taken car of even a car that pulled up after. Still patiently wait then here the tube coming through Not a thank you have a nice day Nothing...not one word. So unprofessional, will not be going to the branch on San Mateo very rude staff.

Anglelica Chavez, branch manager, US Bank, San Mateo Location, Santa Fe, NM. Very abusive with a family member who contacted her after her father passed away. No support, just accusatorial. Complaint filed with corporate.

Very rude staff and always take over 15 minutes no matter what you are doing

This branch is the best in town. Shelby and Angelica are excellent when you need help with accounts. Dennis is also excellent!!!
