I come to Arkansas annually for the fall rally.nWith that said , I come to the Indian dealership once a year too. Everytime we stop by it seems like we meet old friends , Justin and his crew always welcome us with open arms , doing everything they can to make sure we get a great deal , fantastic customer service and an overall good experience. This time I had computer issues on the scooter , service department didn't hesitate, pulled my bike right in , hooked it up , updated the system , shook my hand n told me to have a safe ride. Can it get any better ?!?nThanks for all you do and the great dealership that you represent.

Everytime we have ever stopped in here, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Tuesday, we actually bought a used Indian at another non-Indian dealership that was just in too good of condition and too good of a price to pass up. We stopped in at Heritage to check on pricing for some accessories. Everyone there was super nice, ordered us a couple things and got us a pricing list for some other items we might be interested in. Congratulated us on our purchase and seemed genuinely happy to help with anything we might need down the road.

i showed up at Heritage Indian at about 5 in the afternoon hoping to get my bike looked at and get some help with the ride command. i was having a shifting issue with my 2020 Indian Challenger Dark Horse. The service manager pulled the bike into the shop because it turned out my Ride Command had not yet been updated, they co kindly updated it for me.nNow as far as my shifting issue. My foot shift lever was sticking when I would down shift. As Josh was pulling the bike out of the shop, one of his techs noticed that the kick stand was hitting my connecting rod that goes from me shift lever to my transmission output shaft. They luckily had the parts need to fix it in stock and got me taken care of so that I did not have any issues while on my ride to Missouri and then back to Texas.nI just want to give these guys the credit they are due. I hate being the guy that shows up right when they are about to leave but they did awesome and took great care of me. I will continue to deal with these guys even fro Texas!!
