This bank is fantastic! The team is run with precision and the customer in mind. Hilda recently helped my family through a difficult time and, without doubt or question, I can say she is one of the most professional bankers I have ever met. Hilda and her team epitomize what a bank should be.

I’ve been banking with them for almost 10 years and I’m very pleased with their services. The customer service at the Santa Fe branches is amazing! My credit sucks but because of my history with them I was able to get a small loan which made a huge impact in my life towards the right direction. I hope they open more branches in Northern New Mexico.

Worst bank I have ever worked with. Save yourself the burden and bank elsewhere
