Had questions about products before buying and they answered all questions my wife and I had. I went above and beyond. Entire staff super courteous and professional. Very clean laid out store and amazing prices on products. my wife and I will definetly be regulars in this store

I will not got anywhere else to get my products but I have to say, I have been disappointed by the customer service the last 2 times I have came. There is a blonde girl there, I think her name is Brittany and she was very rude . I have never had a bad customer service experience at any location but I left feeling guilty for coming in. She was very rude, did not smile at all and made me feel very out of place. I came a couple days ago and she was there along with another male employee. He was very nice but he had to ask her a question and she answered him condescendingly. I felt awful for him! I wanted to apologize for her! Anyway love your products you just need to know what goes on.

Highly do not recommend. They knowingly sell broken products and don't offer any kind of refund or replacement. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Only smoked puff bars don’t like the hassle of vapes... but got talked into one anyways while getting told no worries keep your receipt if anything happens before 14 days bring it back in. Well brought my broken vape in after four days and can’t do anything with it. Magnet came unattached got told to super glue it. Leaks 24/7. Resets every time pod comes off (Without magnet it always falls off). Also didn’t get told but it came with two coils, but will need to buy different ones to reach highest voltage on vape. Very unhappy.
