These young people were so helpful and understanding while working with these two older folks.
Karla && Joshua were SO nice & helpful. Went through every phone I was interested in and helped me pick the right one. Took about 30 minutes to activate it and make sure it was 100% ready!! SO GOOD ON TIMING. Even allowed me to stay to help me set my iphone back up from icloud. SUPER NICE people. they will not disappoint.
Awesome service was even greeted with a smile. Manager Edith was awesome very professional and polite. Can't wait to get paid so I can get my new phones.nKeep up the great work Edith.
The one in Bentonville was closed so I have to drive a long way.
Worst ever.. Can't believe the customer service there. Needed help with bridge pay. New fee no big deal but the manager sitting on her phone and watching something extremely loud while the other guy is having trouble. What a joke she wouldn't stay and help complete transaction. How some people get jobs is unbelievable. Never accomplished what I needed done. She needs to be fired.
