Great customer service. I was attended by Hector and he was amazing and very professional. He answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend doing business with this bank in a heart beat.

I wanted to open a second account and was unsure whether it should be personal or business. Rubi Ornelas explained the differences between the two options and between the various types of each option. She was patient, thorough, and friendly. I was confident I had made the right choice and was assured she would be available to me for future questions.

I have an account at the bank and I got locked out at the atm. I went in and Josh helped me unlock the card and helped me put a travel alert. He was very helpful and was able to have conversation with me while he was doing his job. Very good teller.

My business has been doing business with First National since the time my parents owned it back in the eighties. They have always done right by us. Also, not for nothing, First National has kept a teller presence available, which I deeply appreciate (that is to say, the bank has never tried to heard me to the atm. I hate that about Wells Fargo).
