The Breast Center, a MANA Clinic

In October I was in The Breast Center, Bentonville, for my annual 3D mammogram. I have had many mammograms and this was by far the best and easiest experience I've ever had. Every single worker in the clinic was very professional, friendly, and compassionate. Cindy, the lady who did my mammogram, was the absolute best! I appreciate the way I was treated and will definitely be using this clinic in the future. I highly recommend this clinic !

I couldn't get in for a mammogram with Mercy on a timely basis, so based on a recommendation from a friend, I called The Breast Center. They were able to schedule me for a routine mammogram within the week. I had an abnormal mammogram and have had further testing. All this testing has been done quickly and I can't say enough about how compassionate and caring everyone is from the front desk, to the nurses, technicians, doctors, and even billing department. I received excellent care and can't thank them all enough. I've spread the word of how happy I am with TBC and one friend remarked that her doctor does not want her to go anywhere else for her mammograms other than The Breast Center. It's too bad not enough patients post good reviews. The Breast Center may have saved my life!!! I highly recommend them.

Having used other facilities that did the mammogram, in out, then call back... I was very appreciative when they assured me I would not leave today without knowing the results. The staff was extremely professional and courteous and having the on sight radiologist to explain what we were seeing on the film was great.

I have been coming to this office for 6 years and have been quite happy with them. Very professional, compassionate, and helpful. I had a scare a few years ago and they were there for me.

As a 28 year breast cancer survivor with a family history of breast and ovarian cancer, I have experienced a few years of mammograms, cyst removals, cyst aspirations and followup diagnostic screenings.nI have been to the Fayettville office a few times for a mammogram, mammogram diagnostic follow up and cyst aspirations.nMy experience the last time I was there, Dec 2016 was so bad that I left there saying to myself, I WILL NEVER COME BACK.nDuring the sonogram, I tried to express to the technician how much pain I was experiencing as she pressed against my breast manipulating the direction of the sonogram head. It was intolerable. She dismissed my pain level and copped a negative attitude. Her responsive tone and demeanor made me feel as though I was being ridiculous. Because of this, I laid there trying my best to endure the pain. I tried but I could not take it . Actually I guess I did because I didn’t leave.nThe angle of my exposed breast and position of my arm over my head seemed to be making my discomfort worse. She didn’t offer repositioning my arm or my posture to ease the pain of the procedure.nShe left the room and returned with the doctor who seemed un empathetic as well.nThe doctor performed the aspiration procedure, a follow up mammogram was performed and I left there with an uncomfortable horrible feeling.nI said to myself I would never go back to the Fayettville location.nnI was not going to write this review, but after my resent experience following an aspiration procedure of a cyst in the Bentonville office a week ago 9/10/18 I felt that people should hear about my experience.
