inept with customer relations
Nice decor with a santa fe feel
This bank's online and in person systems are so backwards and now security -obsessed, that you can't really handle normal business account activities with them. Nor do humans ever answer phones there. I couldn't manage a simple small wire for a closing. No one could help.
don't bother with these idiots
