Neat place, great menu, friendly staff. Had the pretzel burger and onion rings. I asked for the burger to be well done but it came out medium so I didn't eat much of it, but it had great flavor. I didn't care for the onion rings - they were soft and I prefer crunchy, but they did taste good. Pretzel and cheese appetizer was our favorite thing. Fried pickles were also good.

The service was friendly. The food was good. Overall, the environment was enjoyable. I appreciate that a late Monday lunch crowd during COVID-19 should be light. So, I couldn't tell you what normal would be, but the effort in design and training says this place serves up a good time for those who want to enjoy themselves.

Food wasn't the best I've had but wasn't bad either. Bartender was outstanding. Dont remember her name but she was top notch. Made the experience excellent. Well worth going to

Great food - consistently so, which sometimes is hard to accomplish in the restaurant industry. We had the salmon and tilapia and both were well prepared, seasoned and presented. We will be back.

I felt like a steak and wine in this Plague Year and found this place...it is both BIG and has WHISKEY. The BIG is important because they have plenty of room to seat you safely AND the Whiskey is a nice thing to sip before your meal arrives. Sure it has a corporate franchise feel but it has a tasty menu with great fried pickles and a happy hour...sometimes thats all you need in a time of plague. If you read the Samuel Pepys diary of life during the London Plague you quickly realize he would have spent a lot of time at Big Whiskeys.
