Friendly. Wonderful customer service. I needed a new glass for my tank and they even changed it for me a few weeks ago. Definitely will visit every time I’m in Fayetteville. If excellent customer service and affordable pricing is what you’re looking for, then this is the place.

These guys are the BEST!nTheir curbside device is fast, friendly, and above and beyond helpful! I drove in for a new tank. They changed it, replaced the coil, custom mixed me juice at no extra charge and discounted it, and even gave me a free mouthpiece. (I'd lost mine and hadn't replaced it). Their competitors over by the supercenter won't refund anything even if you just bought it and haven't left the store yet!

Velvet Vapor is by far the BEST vape shop I have been to. The staff is always very friendly and highly knowledgeable of their products. They continuously go above and beyond for their customers by making sure that you are well informed on what you are buying before you walk out the door. I have gone to them with many questions/concerns, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that I leave satisfied. Overall, this is the only vape store that I recommend anyone to go to. They really are the best!

Always the best customer service and selection of products. Not limited to whats shipped in to the store but make most of the juices on site. The only vape store i use and recommend.
