Great experience for a red wing boot owner. Experienced footwear guy troy really does it for ya. All the way around. Foot and arch support machine to that finds your perfect fit. My laces and arch supports were complimentary with service.

Wouldn't buy anything from this store. Bought my 79 year old father a pair of Keen shoes for Christmas, Over $100. I Never owned Keen shoes. Was told they had a 1 year warranty and if there were any issues bring them back and they would take care of it. He wore them for 6 months and they started coming apart. We took them back and one manager looked at them and told us they were coming apart at the seams, and wanted to know if I wanted another pair or what I wanted. I told him that was fine. He went to the back and a second manager came back with him and told me Keen wouldn't warranty them for the store but I could send them back to the factory and they would take care of them. I told them what I was told when purchased. They said that they replaced the crew since I had purchased and would have to take care of it with Keen. I ask then why buy locally from their store when I could purchase online cheaper. Because we're the distributor was their answer. They wouldn't even attempt to send back for warranty. Very poor customer service... Had they at least offered to try I would have been satisfied. But not at this store... No more for me at this store. I have multiple pairs of SAS shoes and will drive to Branson to purchase... I gave one star only because zero wasn't a option.

I got a great deal on work boots and custom made insoles. They have a huge inventory and a great variety, and seriously, you’re gonna get a heck of a deal. Can’t recommend them enough. My knees and back feel exponentially better.

Very helpful. Made my boots look like new and applied waterproofing, and I didn't even buy them there!
