DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Does not have the selection of wide women's shoes like advertised. I only saw 2 pairs of boots with the option for a wide fit (I'm a 9W). Sneakers might have more options for a wide fit but, that wasn't what I needed. Their website insinuated that they had a larger selection of wide fit womens boots which, wasn't true. With the weather getting colder I'd like to be able to have options to keep my feet fashionably warm too. Not everyone has a narrow foot! So, frustrating.

We were in there for thirty minutes going up and down aisles multiple times and picking up multiple shoes and trying them on. We walked past one of the workers while walking in but she decided to walk away after we made eye contact. So we weren’t greeted at our entrance whatsoever, weren’t approached a single time during the entire time we were in the store, and weren’t acknowledged at all while walking out (we did not purchase) because the two girls were busy chatting behind the counter.nnTerrible first experience. Won’t be back.

Their health and safety policy is remarkable during the Covid-19. Also their deals are always good and encouraging.
