I came in curious about the self bathing dog wash they offered and the employee was extremely helpful and kind to my dog. And the bath worked great! It's exactly like what a groomer would have with a high power water spray, soap options, and a high powered dryer, and they kept everything very clean and supplied towels, gowns, brushes ect. The whole staff do an amazing job and are very friendly.

After a few years in the area, I popped in because they carried a particular brand. I was impressed with the selection. High quality items across all categories. I was also pleased with the customer service - you don't find the level of helpfulness I experienced here very often. I'm sure to be a regular customer now.

Bathing my dogs here for 3 + years now. Amazing staff and amazing people. They always greet you the same way. Dog wash is one of the best in the country and the unlimited plan is an amazing deal for $20 a month. If you feel there a bit price they offer Amazon price match! Overall amazing pet store!!!

The are always happy to see my giant dog. The dog washing station is clean and full of shampoos! I have never had any issues.
