Washington Regional Urgent Care - Rogers, AR

This staff truly fell short in professionalism & patient aftercare! I visited this office and was initially content. I was assured by the nurse practitioner & other staff to call back with any concerns or issues. Sadly, I did continue to have issues and called TWICE. Twice I was told my call would be returned. First Sonya assured me Chantal would call me with an hour. NO CALL!nThe next day, I called the office again & was assured the lack of call back was not okay and that I could expect a call from Missy. AGAIN, NO RETURN CALLnI called the 3rd time only to learn due to Sat. Hours the office is closed. .nI will not place my healthcare in the hands of this staff nor am I able to recommend them to you.nI do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews, but when it comes to personal healthcare we need to know who’s going to be there for us in our time of need.

My GP isn’t doing C19 testing so after a try at a different location, I literally pulled up at WRUC and called .. what a wonderful experience from the initial call to my exit. Not only were they prompt, every staff member was amazing!! As a doctor myself, I highly recommend them for an array of services.

The whole staff here was amazing Sonja, Katie, and Maddie made the registration process a breeze. I was nervous but the Nurse practitioner Chantal was amazing! She made the test very simple and her bedside manner was incredible. She made me feel very comfortable and finished it in no time!

My husband and I needed CoVid19 tests and are glad we chose to go to the Washington Regional Urgent Care location in Rogers. The staff spoke to us in a caring and respectful manner--we felt confident this facility offers competent and thorough medical care. Chantal, Nurse Practitioner, performed the tests with clear instructions and put us at ease as she performed the tests. We also received courteous and professional treatment from Cami, Sonja, Maddie, and Katie as they respectively answered the phone and collected information regarding our basic health conditions. Made the whole experience very stress free and reassuring.

Excellent and very friendly staff. I scheduled my appointment online and it made my trip extremely fast and easy. Definitely recommend them!
