QDOBA Mexican Eats

They appeared understaffed. Those working didn’t know the ingredients of menu items. The tables were dirty and the drink machine was straight carbonation. It’s disappointing because this location used to be fairly good. This place needs some TLC, considering all of the fast casual Mexican places popping up in the area.

Probably the worst place I’ve ordered out at in long time. Cold burritos? Hard rice? Don’t you spread the guac so it’s not all at the end of the burrito? You didn’t even put the meat in my wife’s burrito. Where are the chips and salsa I ordered? I’ll go to Taco Bell from now on.

Very unprofessional staff. Employees who were on the line and handling the food were not properly wearing their mask over their nose. Tables that were available for seating were all dirty and the floors were even worse. Trash can’s were overflowing. They were never changed and we were inside for about 30 minutes. Employees sat in the back with a random person who walked in as we were getting our drinks and he was not wearing a mask... please try to take extra cleaning precautions and ensure everyone is wearing a mask to make your customers feel more comfortable when coming inside.

Missing protein completely! And also missed my taco shell bowl for the 3rd time in a row ordering. I called to rectify the situation and the girl on the phone was so rude and kept interrupting me. Said she would give me the taco shell but “I’m sorry, we’re out of the protein”. She said she called the district manager who said I should just call DoorDash. THEY DIDN'T MAKE MY FOOD! Then tried to blame the dasher!

This restaurant is neat and clean. Well stocked with friendly staff!
