Gusanos Pizzeria

Honestly not impressed. It's OK but not what was hyped up to me.

Worst Gusanos experience. Stopped in and ordered two kids pizzas, a small Chicago style pizza, and 4 salads plus a beer and a dirty martini. Martini came out with tequila, easy problem to fix. Kids pizzas come out and we wait... And wait... And wait for our small Chicago style pizza. Finally, after 30 or so minutes of waiting, waitress comes by to tell us that our pizza got pushed to get to go orders out and that it will be another 15 minutes. While waiting, we find a long black hair baked into the kids pizza. Manager comes by and apologizes and offers to comp kid pizza, which is fine. Finally, Chicago style pizza comes and is terrible. Finally get the bill and it is $50. Pay and leave. If 2020 were a dinner, this was it.

As always I love Gusanos pizza! Me my wife and my sister went there this afternoon for dinner and had the worst service everud83dude22 our waitress Vaughn was very polite when she came to the table BUT we had to go get her every time we needed a refill on our ice teas. She sat at a table with one of her co workers the whole time we were there. Even the gentleman at the bar was out of beer and when we left he was still empty. We sat there so long we finally went and got our own to go boxes then went to the table where she was sitting with her co worker and ask if she could get our bill. Needless to say she got no tip!!! There were only 7 customers in the restaurant. I recommend going to the Bentonville location or the Bella vista location. Service is so much better!!!

Took a little while but very yummy! The sweet tea was also a tiny bit old, but it still was a great visit.

Used website to order 45 minutes before Pickup arrival. Received email confirmation. Get to the Rogers store at designated time for my pickup and no one knew of my order. Lots of apologies but it took another 30 minutes while my guest were waiting at home. What is funny . They knew what my order was without asking so they did see it but still got half of it wrong. Took my information so the owner would call and told me of the great discount I would receive. Never got the call nor the discount for the service that was promised. Truly disappointed.
