I recently loaned a fairly large amount of money to a supposedly friend which of course left me without money to pay my bills, plus left my bank account with several overages and cost me a good amount of money as well as my account is delinquent now. To make things short I spoke with the bank and asked if I could deposit money could they please keep my account open and I would pay the balance in full by September 9th at which time of this post the account is still open, and I did pay what I told them I would. To me this is an incredible service and I appreciate it beyond words and appreciate all they have extended me. They did not have to help me and I cannot thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to make things right....

Truly an aweful experience from start to finish. Feeling ripped off and made to feel unintelligent when you ask questions about where your money is. DON'T get a vehicle loan from this bank... just don't. Ain't even mad... just saving you the agony.
