Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Very disappointed to find out that when I ordered my new card, the pin was not the same and the only way to update the pin was to setup an appointment inside... but all branches in Northwest Arkansas are closed due to COVID. I understand there is a global pandemic, but this has rendered my debit card useless.nnOther banks in the area are finding a way to still meet the customers needs, but Bank of America seems to have just quit on its customers.

The absolute worst bank. Avoid if at all possible or they'll constantly charge fees for everything and find ways to keep you from paying down loans.nnUpdate to response: I tried this earlier in the week and never got a call, so don't try and save face here.

I bank with Bank of America. It has been a good to me for more then 14 years now. But this location is to small. I hoping anytime soon they can swith to a bigger building with alot more parking space and more atms. Rogers isn't so small anymore.

Seriously this bank is the worst. Not the branch necessarily but the entire corporation. I don’t even bank with them and I felt the need to review such a horrible place. They will not let you deposit cash in someone’s account because you are a “third party” seriously!!!!
