Siloam Springs Regional Hospital

Had surgery on Wednesday and was roomed afterwards on the OB/GYN floor. Had excellent care there! Nurses (Shelby, Rhonda, and Marilyn) were very caring and attentive. Never waited more than three minutes for them to respond to a call. They made me feel like i was their only patient. I cannot speak for other floors or nurses, but these ladies were excellent. Also their supervisor Loretta checked on me several times as well.

I was transferred here from Oklahoma because Oklahoma didn’t have any Covid beds. Received the best care ever. Very kind and informative. Was away from my family and a little scared. They kept reassuring me and Encouraging me. Went above and beyond.

This hospital was truly amazing. I love the nurses and doctors they answered all my questions and helped me understand exactly what was going on. They also took amazing care of newborn baby girl.

Great care from Dr Gomez in the ER last week- caring and kind. ER nurses Tina and Ross did a great job of explaining what was happening during the visit-some IV fluids and nausea medication and I was so much better!nThank you all!!

We had amazing care by Dr Brooks in the ER. Our son had to have an urgent procedure around midnight and all of the staff was amazing. Dr Brooks was thorough and took time to explain things even though they were pretty busy in the ER. Ross, the nurse, and Johnny, the house supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The on call general surgeon, Dr Schefelbein explained things well and Dr Cooper made sure my 10 year old was comfortable and was trying to make him laugh. The OR nurse was super friendly and we felt like we had the best possible care. We never felt like anyone was put out, rushed, or distracted from our case and we were not the only ones in there. I know they were busy and had plenty of other things going on as well. Thank you!
