Very poor TV reception always going off every three to five minutes and takes the same amount of time to come back on, staff very helpful and clean inside

Helpful and friendly staff. Spoke good English. Well better than my Portugese

Clean and organized

A great place to relax and have a great time.

My mum and sister were there from the 23rd of May to 25th. My sister during breakfast forgot an envelope with 500 rands and chip in the restaurant. After 10 minutes she went back for it and no one saw it, no way to be found. The IT man later was called to check on the cameras but with no answer. They said can't do anything as it out of their sight. In other words " I am sorry we stole your money " It was a lack of responsibility and seriously no consideration and no customer service. Until today they can't give any feedback about it. Shame IKA
