They couldn’t have been more helpful. We broke down in Cooma at 4am on a Sunday morning and Mark had us back on the road by 11am that same day. Highly recommend Mark and his business people like this deserve to do well.

Our van broke down on the way to the snow with a full load of kids and camping gear. Mark at Alpen Auto Rentals saved our trip. We were able to hire a 4x4 to safely get the family to the slopes. He even help arranged a trailer to the camp site so we could have the gear that did not fit into the rental. Super helpful and personable. I can't say enough good things about the service. Really helpful 4WD rental place - they bent over backwards to sort us out when it turned out our rental car from Canberra couldn't take snow chains. Decent range of 4WDs to get you up the mountain.

Alpen Auto's. I would give 6 stars if I could. Great to be able to hire a car (Ford Territory) large enough and with electric brakes to tow our van back to Sydney. Very good service, even gave me a free lift back to Cooma air port when I returned the car.
