Lovely service provided by Jessica on my visit at the Cockburn store on the 17th of April. She paid attention to what I was after and explained everything thoroughly. And today when I went in for some stuff I was greeted by Kareena. Love the service that was provided. She understood what the issues I was having and literally made my shopping a breeze. 10/10 would definitely recommend this store and their lovely staff members. Thank you Jessica and Kareena for your help. You guys do a great job. Keep it up

I bought a Savannah hand coffee grinder last week and it stopped working yesterday while trying to grind for my 2nd cup of coffee. Felt like something seized up inside the grinder and couldn't move the handle at all. Was very bummed as it is my first proper grinder and I really like it. Brought it back to Kitchen Warehouse Cockburn to see if I could get any warranty claim done at all, not much high hope. As usual very friendly staff approached and then referred me to another senior staff who is more knowledgeable. She inspected the unit and verified that it is indeed faulty and less than 5 minutes it was replaced with a new one for me. I was extremely happy and delighted. I broght it home to try out immediately. It grinds so much better than the faulty unit. The reason I post this review is that good service really deserve recognition and I wanna give that all to the wonderful staffs working at this store. I have never ever had a bad experience in this store, period. Always 5 stars top notch service provided.
