FSW Shoes

Experienced exactly the same with Amy. I was treated rudely by a elderly staff to try on three pairs of shoes, which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. After that I had to leave quickly with my friend before things became worse.

Good service, but the shoes broke within a week of getting them. I took them back, and after I rung the manager and told them about the issue they allowed me to exchange them for a different pair. THEN with 5 weeks of purchasing the second pair they completely fell to pieces across the side. Poor quality merchandise, would not recommend.

Wow. Zero customer service Walking into the Gungahlin store I was accosted by an elderly staff member who very abruptly told me to try shoes on over near the seats in a very rude tone. I fully understand safety precautions with Covid and socially distancing. No hello, how are you, can I help or assist you today?? She raced over to other ladies and also spoke to them in the same rude manner and they left quickly as well. I’ve worked in retail for many years and have never spoken to a customer in such a way!!!

It's FSW. They have lots of shoes and they're cheap
