Tried this place out while in town, looking to buy my partner a birthday gift. Worst customer service I have ever had the woman who was working didn't if acknowledge me at all. She just sat behind the counter on the her phone the entire time. When I did ask a question I was met with a smug look and 'I am not sure you will have to come back tomorrow when the manager is in'. I hardly write reviews but this woman was so rude! Stay away! Terrible business with terrible staff! Beware!

This shop could be so much more. Things for sale in there are just average. Girl in there was very uppity. Like we were not good enough to be in there. I don't need that so we left. Really bad customer service. There were some nice shoes tho but price was excessive. I can get the same styles in Townsville and Ingham for a lot less and without the attitude.
