Snooze Booval

Whenever I’ve purchased mattresses in the past they’ve always been sealed..So I was very upset to receive one that was poorly tapped! Was never made aware of their standard practices upon purchasing. Staff training required possibly in informing customers how their products are made, packaged and delivered!!! I was told so many different stories..Won’t be back..

Bought a mattress and arrived opened plastic cover asked for explanation and told no warranty it could be a second hand or been damaged. Went tp fare trading and they said because it was delivered they cant make the company replace it. Manager would not help has been abusive and argumentative.nHead office said its only a francize company so they haven't any control over them. So there warranty isn't worth the paper its written on and there customer service doesn't exist so my advice is don't go near the place.

We ordered a bed and mattress in August. We still have not received it. We were told 4 weeks. We have received very little communication re the hold up and have had to chase them. We still do not have our products and are being told different stories from different staff members. I understand covid has played a part- but it doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or apologies for the delay.

Young girl tried to sell me a bed and she just wouldn't shhh and kept going even when she knew I wasn't sure what I wanted because of the price. So went somewhere else n got a bed that day. Being pushy just turns some people off. No is no.
