Andersens Ipswich

From the sales room to the installation of our new carpet we could not have asked for better service. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a great range to choose from to meet our needs. The day of installation went smoothly, they were prompt, efficient and friendly. Everyone was very easy to communicate with.

My wife and I recently had all our flooring done by Andersens Ipswich and they've done a wonderful job. We were very satisfied with the process from start to finish. Tim was prompt to coming out to quote and was on time every morning. He communicated well during the job too, which we appreciated. We plan on using Tim from Andersens Ipswich again in the coming months!

It was the most horrible experience dealing with this company awhile ago. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but after speaking with a dear family friend a couple of weeks ago and hearing of the awful time they had dealing with this same business really feel need to write this in the name of public awareness. Please be careful. This company will not stand behind their product or installation if there is an issue despite whatever claims they make to get a sale. The manager will do and say anything to shirk responsibility. I'm elderly and the stress and upset caused by dealing with this business made me ill. I feel sad and worried every time I look at my floor and think about what I was put through to get it. I try to treat others with kindness and cannot believe I was treated how I was with no respect or honestly. by this company. Please note, my experience may be unique to the Ipswich store. Another family friend had a very different experience from the head office in Warrick where things went well for them. My husband and I were not so lucky as went through the Ipswich store

At every single step in the process, Mick and the Andersen’s team went out of their way to ensure an outstanding service. They were great communicators, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Mick made sure that I was comfortable, and went above and beyond what I would expect from a sales consultant...it was evident that he truly cared that we were happy with the choices we were making (hybrid flooring), and the finished product is even better than we imagined. The installers were also fantastic, hard working and very respectful of our home. Thank you

The work was completed in super-quick time. Colin and Brenton did such a magnificent job. Prefectly finished. We are so pleased that we chose them. Courteous and friendly, all staff from start to finish. And thanks Daniel for helping us choose. Perfect.
