First purchase from Nick Scali just last month at Toowoomba store:nni) Customer servicen-Experienced excellent customer service from Chris who was very professional, honest and upfront. The experience felt very personal.n-Chris was also very upfront regarding to delivery delays due to Covid-19 and being at end of year. Good to know these things from the beginning.n-Was disappointed with aftercare, received minimal communication from Chris. And although you can track your order online, it doesn't really say much. Would probably appreciated regular communication. I am still waiting on updates order from November. Did try to communicate with customer service today via phone but went straight to voicemail indicating that customer service was down..nnii) Pricingn-Did find it odd Nick Scali is very firm on set price, no negotiation at all, won't even budge.nnWould I recommend Nick Scali to others?nMaybe, Chris was excellent at point of sales, but be mindful ofna) Aftercare communication. You may need to try multiple times to get in contact with store you purchase from for status updates. The phone number supplied online goes to a call centre branch in Sydney.. You need to ask to be transferred. For someone who is working full time with min breaks throughout the day, just found this to be quite inconvenient.nb) Cost of furnitures and cost of delivery. Definitely pricer when it all add up. No option for pick-up and delivery is set per piece/item.

We bought a two piece corner sofa 7 months ago. The sales experience was good and the ladies we met were helpful. However, this sofa now creaks loudly every time we sit on it, after very minimal use and no children in our house. We were also disappointed to find out upon delivery that the legs were not timber-look plastic, not real timber, particularly after we had actually raised this point in the store prior to purchase and were assured that Nick Scali only uses real timber for legs, etc. This is the first product we have purchased from Nick Scali and unfortunately we will not shop there again.

The service was great until they got our money. Don't expect anything after that. Just be aware you have to wait for your product to be made in China and shipped over before you will see it. Then when it does get here you cant even pick it up (Toowoomba store). You will be charged for your product to be delivered. Your product will be delivered on a day that they want. If you are not home because you work like most people you will be charged double freight next time. When you then complain dont expect to get far. Save yourself the drama.

Even if I was rich, I wouldn't put this in my house

A huge thankyou to Sarah when we purchased our Sadie chairs which we love.She was so helpful and explained everything regarding our new furniture and was spot on with our delivery date. Sarah is definitely an excellent team member in this store at Toowoomba.
