I had the most awful experience from start to finish. The owner could not of been more disinterested in my dealings with them if he tried. Was not helpful with the decision making and planning at all. Was very short with responses and quiet.nMy order for a tallboy and bookcase took months and although I was told they were quite busy, there was absolutely no communication from them throughout the WHOLE process.nTo top it off the workmanship is appalling. Although the bookcase was not to my order, it was later fixed however, the tallboy was no where near quality. The drawers were spaced unevenly, with larger gaps between some than others, the edging around the front was splitting and cracking, oddly there were small holes and dents on the top as if it had briefly been used as a table for equipment AND it had a large crack on the bottom that would of had to of been noticed by staff but yet was overlooked with total disregard.nTo be told my order was a 'complicated' one and one that would need to be carried out by one of his most experienced workers was an absolute slap in the face. I believe a tallboy and bookcase would be one of the more simple tasks compared to most of their previous work.nI was spoken to in the most despicable manner and still feel sick to this day if I have the displeasure of driving past. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!
