Would NEVER deal with this mob again. Was told delivery would be in 2 weeks (even stated on docket) 7 months later they arrived. Multiple excuses even blamed us for changing our mind (we didnt). Ĺazy boy are not Australian made, customer service nil. They are continuing to advertise furniture on sale, but do not mention delivery time.

We were served by Paul today 19/08/20nPaul was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and patient while helping us make the right purchase for our needs. Paul wasn’t pushy and he was more then happy to answer our questions with or without a sale.nWe were very happy to spend $3800 with service we received and gorgeous furniture to arrive in 12 weeks.nThe way I look at it 12 weeks ago I didn’t have new furniture in 12 weeks I will ud83dudc4dnPaul is a credit to the Company.

I have been calling Lazy Boy at Morayfield to chase up an order. After six phone calls I am still unable to get someone to answer the phone. I am also waiting for a call back which has not happened.

Really good range of recliners in a variety of coverings. If you are in the market for a recliner this is the store to visit.

Just bought a lounge suite from the Manager at Recline Furniture Morayfield (Rachel). Made multiple visits to the store and we were always welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Rachel provided guidance and answers to our questions, and was pleased to provide covering samples that we could take home to check out decor. Ultimately a deal was struck and I feel that we were given a very good price fro the furniture...based on visiting a lot of other furniture stores.
