Bought a sounder off these guys. Were more than happy to take my money. Sounder wouldn’t turn on. Spoke to the customer support of the sounder brand. They were more than helpful. Said to take it back and swap it. Morayfield told me no it has to be sent away. Long story short. Still waiting to here back from Morayfield about when to bring it in. Spoke to north lakes store. They were more than happy to help and swap it out. Never will I spend a cent in Morayfield store again!!!!
I really needed advice on how my walking poles worked and the staff could not have been more helpful. He was happy to not only demonstrate how they opened but watched and helped as I tried myself.nVery grateful. Thank you. Now I'm ready to trek. ud83dude0a
No help, staff too busy chatting with each other!! No one on counter either, so just walked out. Newish store but slack for customer service!!
Got some good deals buisy but worth the trip
I received excellent service on my most recent visit here. The young man, Jack, went out of his way to help me out with replacing a faulty tent. His helpfulness turned a potentially negative experience into a very positive experience. I will definitely continue shopping here.
