When I purchased my couch, I was told by the sales rep that the delivery date was flexible and that the date he wrote down was a placeholder. I was told that I could change it to a day that suits me when I receive my confirmation text.nnAfter receiving my text and calling to have it changed to a day that’s more suitable, I was told I couldn’t get my desired date as it was booked up and would have to wait a little while longer. When I explained to the girl what the sales rep had told me, she just simply snickered and said “they’ll say anything”. No sorry or acknowledgment of the inconvenience your business has caused. She also sounded like someone who just didn’t want to be there.nnAbsolutely horrible service from the sales rep all the way to the girl who takes the delivery calls. Will never buy a Nick Scali product again, irrespective of the quality of your products. Horrible customer service doesn’t deserve more of my money

Before I bring my facts here.. I am not sayin they are terrible but definitely not 3.4 star..I am bringing my facts here and leave it to the reader to judge..n- It takes 16 weeks instead of 12 weeks written in the contract for my couch delivered. Just need to add the Covid-19 excuse not relevant now anymore as we are living with that in the last 14 months.n- There was a hole in the fabric of my couch when delivered. It clearly shows the below average QA process in production line. Particularly when the product supposed to ship to other country 10000 km away ( China to Au)...n- The earliest available time for Nick Scali customer service to look at the issue and assess it is 5 weeks. It clearly shows high traffic for customer service due to the low quality product and the requirement to address the issues.nnJust imagine how disappointing is to wait for the couch after 16 weeks and what delivered is damaged and you already pay for that and no body even come to see what can be done...

Very good upmarket choice with reasonable prices... Nishi was Soo good and very patient with us moving from one lounge to another. Thank you Nishi and the Team for putting up with us.

Absolutely disgusting service. We were never told about battery operated recliner options....once the lounge came they they told us in the paperwork that you cannot plug into an extension chord it must be directly into the wall socket (when you ring them however they say you can..I'm assuming to stuff up your warranty). Then they sell you a 5 year warranty pack but never tell you that you can only use this as a one off, again misinforming the consumer. I will never buy from here again!!
