The lady who sold this bed was great. Marie was friendly and a good listener. Marie also gave us a very good price. Marie later helped us with arranging delivery before due date which was excellent customer service. We are very happy with the product so far. last but not least, the delivery guys were amazing, very good guys and professionals. 5 stars

Beds n Dreams had been recommended to us, and we weren’t disappointed. They had a great range of food quality bed frames and mattresses on display. Tony looked after us ... his product knowledge was amazing and he was incredibly patient as we took our time choosing the right frame and mattress. We were incredibly happy with the service and can’t wait until our new bed arrives!

Beds and frames are not things one buys often -Stuart was very helpful, informative, straightforward, professional and friendly. We had been to six other stores that morning as we were looking for a queen size frame in fabric with storage underneath and a headrest. Stuart was the most proactive and had the best range to choose from. Other stores would have had us wait 10 weeks for a bed frame - at Beds n Dreams we paid for our chosen bed, walked out and drove to the warehouse to collect it immediately.nHighly recommended.

I was recommended to Beds N Dreams by bedbuyer.com. I was greeted in the store by Stuart and his knowledge and expertise were brilliant. Made my purchase so easy of the Silent Night London. His explanation of the differences of the in-store mattress and what I would receive was first class and showed an integrity missing with a lot of sales people.

Good range of products at reasonable prices.nService was very slow. Manual receipt writing took a while and then a copy of the invoice was emailed.
