Great and friendly service, particularly from Charnelley. She helped me choose the perfect bed and mattress. Very comfortable and high quality. I was also impressed by the delivery service, the boys did an amazing job bringing it upstairs. very challenging but well managed and assembled. I highly recommend De Rucci and I will go back for another purchase. They also have amazing and real sales. Thank you.

We recently purchased a sofa set from DeRucci Perth in Osbourne Park,. We received a very welcoming treatment and were personally handled by the branch manager Mr. Jeff, who helped us greatly in our decision. He clearly understood our requirements and was able to simulate the Sofa positioning in our living room based on photo provided. He gave us a great service and even took our final order via phone and ensured delivery within 24hrs, now that's a service! We bought a great product quality and are very pleased with our selection, thank you Jeff and DeRucci for such a great experience.

Service was amazing, very friendly and outgoing staff who really did their best to fulfill all of our needs. As well as the delivery staff who delivered and assembled the furniture with the regard for the furnuture and for our apartment and left no trash or mess behind them. Sofa we purchased is the most comfy piece of furniture we ever sat on so all combined we are looking forward to our next furniture purchase from the De Rucci salon and would highly recommend it.

We bought a sofa last week and we were just amazed with their service, staff name is Charnelley. She is so patient and helpful to explain everything we need to know. Will definitely go back shopping again.
