I took my client through the beading area. Looking for stronger nylon twine for her beads.Asked at counter none in stock, none available elsewhere and really hard to walk back out after no purchases. The isles too small only 1 decent disabled van area situated in main entrance. Driving a van and asking client to wait till traffic were coming in or going out needs revisiting. We need at least safer parking to lower and raise the disabled tray..
Never post negative reviews... but... All I wanted was a bit of help, and instead I was sent around in circles. The staff were generally rude and offhand, no one seemed to know where anything was. Would recommend retraining the entire team!
