Non existent customer service, We went into this store twice today to look at some shoes only to be ignored both times by 2 staff members, the 2nd time we came in the for the day we were the only people in the store and a staff member walked right past us to go have a laugh and good old chat at the counter with the other staff member. We waited for about 5 minutes before we left.

As some one who use to manage a platypus store I am disgusted that there was absolutely no customer service at all. Not even a hello. I spent a good 5 minutes walking around trying to find a specific shoe and size. Ended up finding it myself. No help to make sure the sizing was correct or if I needed any help. So I walked out as I didn’t want to purchase the shoes from that store with those staff members on and am now buying the shoes online.

I was served today by a young man named Johannes while shopping for some new nike air maxes. Johannes had excellent customer service and a great attitude which indicates his desire to work at the platypus store in the hyperdome. My shopping experience was made that much better due to his service, he is a credit to the company.
