Today I rang looking for 4 pairs of shoes that I had spoken to 2 other Williams stores that weren't quite unhelpful, so what a lovely experience it was to have been lucky that lucus from loganholm store answered my call, he didn't have the shoes however without me asking he said the stores that I could find them n even offered to give me the number, he then went above and beyond to ensure me 4 pairs ringing the stores and confirming They had them. He secured and found these 4 hard to find deleted shoes for me in less than 10 minutes took my number and rang me back, his professional helpful kindness was obvious through just a conversation on the phone.
