Sleeping Giant Logan

Great customer service at James Lane/Sleeping Giant again! I had purchased a mattress from another James Lane store, and after sleeping on it for the night, found it a little too firm. No problem, James Lane/Sleeping Giant have a 30 day trial period ($100 fee to change out the mattresses, including delivery), and I was able to organise to get the next mattress up. The two females that served me were courteous, friendly, and not pushy (like most other stores in the Logan complex). Definitely my mattress provider of choice.

Dryden was next level helpful! Me and my wife weren't entirely sure what we wanted. He went through everything with us in full detail and wasn't clingy. Would recommend!!!
