FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. We came in today and spoke with Donald. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress based on what we were looking for! He knew about all the products, answered our million questions and made great suggestions. Will definitely be back!

Bought a good bed! Salesman was very helpful, and flexible on pricing.nnThey actually had stock to pick up too, so it meant we had a mattress 24 hours after purchasing rather than waiting for delivery, or waiting for the mattress to come into stock like other stores.

AVOID!nThe poor google reviews are a true reflection of how terrible this store is.nVery friendly when you’re purchasing and happy to take your money but the service is non existent once you handover your money.nTo get delivery of your item you will need to follow up constantly and try to decipher the truth from the latest excuse/lie, wait months on end for your item to be delivered and told 20 different delivery timeframes.nI dealt with Karen, the “store manager” in the end and even she couldn’t get her facts straight and quoted wrong delivery fee and gave incorrect information.

We had a very good experience at this store. Plenty of time to look around by ourselves, we were given good advice and a great deal. Arrived on time with updates before delivery

was in here yesterday and two sales agents were with a customer who obviously looked more desirable than I did (just came back from holidays) and when I asked for help it was an inconvenience to the extent that when I queried delivery the sales person walked away calling back its 199 dollars and there's no movement (not that I asked) my best guess is that I was not dressed to a standard that deserved their attention little did they know I was cashed up and willing to buy on the spot. Owners of this store should read these reveiws
