I bought quite a few items such as mattresses, bed frames, furniture from this fantastic store.nChris who I believe is in charge in this store is amazing. He is friendly, honest, and most importantly helpful.nOne of the single recliner started making weird noise after 3 weeks of purchase.when I called and spoke to Chris, He simply said no dramas, and organised the replacement without any question.nBest ever customer service I have ever experienced.nGood on you man.

My friend and I walked into the Logan store on Monday 18th January 2021 to purchase a couch for our house. We walked around for a solid 20 minutes and were not approached by a single staff member. We eventually chose our couch (without any assistance) and approached the counter to buy it. We made our purchase and paid for delivery. We informed it would be delivered the following day (Tues 19 Jan 2021), so I organised to stay home for the entire day. The female staff member advised I would receive a text confirming a time frame we can expect the couch arrival. I gave her my phone number and we went on our way.nnThe following day (Tues 19 Jan), I waited at home all day...only for the couch to never arrive. I called the store THREE TIMES and got voicemail each time. I left a message around 4:00pm that afternoon and never received a call back.nnToday (Wed 20 Jan 2021) I stayed home again waiting for the delivery, hoping it would arrive one day later (this would have been understandable). By 2.00pm, it was clear it was not arriving and Fantastic Furniture had NO INTENTION of letting me know. I called the store for a fourth time and eventually got a hold of a staff member. After talking to a male on the phone, it was discovered the lady at the counter had entered my phone number for the order incorrectly, thus I was not contacted about the delivery.nnHe however, confirmed my address had been entered correctly. I queried if that is the case, why did the couch not arrive the day I was promised? He did not give me a straight answer, but instead placed me on hold to contact the delivery driver. After a couple minutes, he comes back to let me know he couldn’t reach the driver, so we needed to re-book the delivery.nnAt this point, I was extremely frustrated that I had wasted two days at home waiting for a couch that was clearly never arriving. We eventually agreed to deliver the couch on Saturday 23 Jan 2021. He promised to ring back with an answer as to why the couch didn’t arrive the day promised, however this has still not been done. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and lack of communication from the Fantastic Furniture Logan Super Store in Slacks Creek...I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store to anyone.
